Reseller Quick Guide
Here you will find all the important information about registration, ordering, and your customer account — explained simply and step by step.
Important information about the new login - if you already have a HABA Reseller online customer account:
Logging in with customer number is no longer possible.
You now sign in with your email address. Use the email address to which you have previously received your order confirmations from HABA.
Before you can sign in, you must create a new password.
You can create a customer account at any time for additional email addresses of your company.
If you would like to become a HABA reseller, you can get to our registration via “Login > Register” or “Login > Create a new account” to our registration. We will guide you step by step through the registration. All that you need for this is your business registration.
Prices and availability are visible after registration and login - this also applies to adding products to the cart. To quickly find your desired products you can use the search:
- search by product name / item number / EAN number
- or you browse in our product categories
You can add individual or multiple products directly to the shopping cart or first click on the product image to go to the product description.
To complete your purchase, go to the cart (see point 1). Click 'Proceed to checkout' to complete your order (see point 2). In the final step you can provide us with additional information about the order.
The upload function for shopping lists (Excel files) will be available again shortly.
Shortly after placing an order you will find your order history in your customer account. Invoices and tracking information are displayed as soon as your order has been processed.
In your customer account you can also view your personal information.
